Steps :
1.) Start by positioning yourself in front of a pull-up bar with a weight attached to a dip belt that is secured around your waist.
2.) Grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip and slowly pull yourself up squeezing your back muscles.
3.) Hold this position for a count then return back to the start.
4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
