Exercise Ball
Steps :
1.) Start off by sitting on an exercise ball with your feet planted firmly on the floor and your hands placed upon your thighs.
2.) Slowly roll down with your back onto the exercise ball, placing the top of the ball right in the middle of your back, and extending your hands out behind your head.
3.) As soon as you feel a stretch hold onto this position for a few seconds then return back to the starting position and repeat
