Steps :
1.) Begin by lying prone on an exercise ball and putting your arms on the floor next to both sides while your legs rest on the floor behind you.
2.) Get into a relaxed position then wrap your arms around the ball in a "hugging" position and feel a stretch along your back.
3.) Hold onto this position for a few seconds and then release back to the start.
