Steps :
1.) Start by laying down on the ab machine and gripping the handles, getting yourself into position.
2.) Squeeze with your abdominals and roll up slowly so that your shoulders elevate off of the bench and you feel a contraction in your abs.
3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many sets and reps desired.
