Steps :
1.) Start off by laying on your back on an exercise ball with a dumbbell grasped in one hand and your feet firmly on the floor.
2.) Once in position slowly roll down on the ball while keeping your shoulders, neck and head still.
3.) Lift the dumbbell high up above your head and then slowly behind you and the exercise ball.
4.) Hold this position for a few seconds then return back to the start and repeat for as many reps and sets desired.
