How to do it

Steps :

1.) Start by lying on your back with your arms by your side.

2.) Do a sit up while at the same time bringing your legs also to your chest.

3.) Try to keep your hands towards the ground.

4.) Extend your self flat on the ground.

5.) Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
