Barbell
The barbell ab rollout exercise works the abdominals and entire core.
Steps :
1.) Start by placing a barbell on the floor at your feet and then bending at your waist, gripping the barbell with a shoulder-width grip, as this will be your starting position.
2.) Using a slow and controlled motion, roll the bar out so that your back is straight, keeping your arms straight throughout the entire motion.
3.) Once at the final position and you feel your abs tightening, hold for a count and squeeze your abdominals, then return back to the starting position.
Tips :
1.) Practice raising your hips and butt as high as you can with this exercise.
