Exercise Ball
Steps :
1.) Start by rolling onto an exercise ball until your knees are rested upon the top of the ball with your hands in front of you underneath your shoulders as if you were about to perform a pushup.
2.) While keeping your body completely straight slowly elevate one arm out in front of you so that it is in line with your body and hold for a few seconds.
3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat with the opposite arm.
4.) Repeat this exercise for as many reps and sets desired.
