How to do it

Steps :

1.) Start by sitting on either an exercise ball or bench, keeping your spine straight and knees bent.

2.) Tilt your head in one direction and squeeze back with your shoulders feeling a stretch from your blade down to your lower back.

3.) Hold for a few seconds and repeat in the opposite direction
