Steps :
1.) Start by sitting on an exercise and placing your hands on either sides of your body.
2.) Slowly step out so that the your glutes are up off of the ball and are held up by your arms.
3.) Then dip down as far as possible keeping the ball as still as possible, squeezing your triceps and hold for a count.
4.) Return back to the starting position.
5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
