Steps :
1.) Begin by standing with your back about 2 feet away from a bench or step with one leg lifted up behind you rested upon the platform.
2.) Keep one leg out in front of you supporting your weight during this stretch and slightly bend to relieve any discomfort.
3.) Repeat for as many reps and however long you desire.
