Steps :
1.) Start by lying on the floor with a kettlebell in one hand and your palm facing up towards the ceiling.
2.) Then slowly press the kettlebell straight up rotating your wrist and then hold for a count.
3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
