Steps :
1.) Start by sitting up straight on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand and arms at your sides.
2.) While keeping your back straight and facing forward, slowly bend down to one side until you feel a stretch in your abs then return back to the starting position.
3.) Continue on to the opposite side and repeat.
4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
