Dumbbell
The seated dumbbell curl is a seated biceps curl exercise using the dumbbells.
Steps :
1.) Start by sitting on a bench with your feet planted on the floor in front of you and keeping your back straight.
2.) Grab onto a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing inward, then lower the dumbbells down to your sides and slowly curl them up, isolating the biceps.
3.) Once you reach the top position, squeeze your biceps, hold for a count then return back to the starting position.
