How to do it

Steps :

1.) Start by kneeling on an exercise ball, keeping your body upright with your arms at your sides holding a dumbbell in each hand.

2.) Slowly extend and lift your arms to about shoulder height and then return back to the start, repeating for as many reps and sets as desired.
