Steps :
1.) Start off by laying on an exercise ball in an incline position, with your feet flat on the floor, both hands holding a dumbbells and arms extended over your chest.
2.) Keeping your elbow slightly bent, lower the weights down until they are about chest level and hold.
3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
